PARAMOUNT CONSTITUTION
OF THE PROVINCIAL STATE OF ALLODIUM MOORISH PRAEDIUM NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (AMPNT)
(Internal Constitution under the Sovereign Empire of Morocco)

PREAMBLE
We, the Moorish Nationals of Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee (AMPNT), being descendants of the ancient and sovereign Empire of Morocco, prior to the colonial transformation into the “Kingdom of Morocco,” do hereby establish this Internal Provincial Constitution under the supreme authority and perpetual protection of the Empire of Morocco.
In doing so, we exercise our inalienable rights to self-determination, self-government, and lawful restoration of our Moroccan nationality and dominion within the geographic body of Northwest Amexem (Northwest Africa/Northwest America).
Situated within the coordinates 36.1627° North Latitude and 86.7816° West Longitude, these dominions are acknowledged as part of the Moroccan periphery in accordance with the principles of Uti Possidetis Juris and the Right of Protection in Morocco (Madrid Convention, 1880).
Recognizing that the Constitution of the Empire of Morocco (2004), the Treaties of Peace and Friendship (1786 & 1836), the General Treaty of Tangier (1856), the Madrid Convention (1880), the Act of Algeciras (1906), the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (1963), the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (1969/1980), and the Charter of the United Nations (1945) collectively affirm the sovereignty, equality, treaty obligations, and protection of Moroccan nationals—
We reaffirm that all Moroccan nationals, wherever they reside, remain under the jurisdiction and protection of the Empire, bound by Divine Law, Natural Law, and the Law of Nations (jus gentium).
Therefore, we institute this Paramount Provincial Constitution as an internal, inseparable, and administrative arm of the Empire of Morocco, serving as the fundamental law for the governance, development, and preservation of the Moorish Nation within these dominions.
ARTICLE I — SUPREMACY AND PARAMOUNTCY
- This Constitution is an internal provincial constitution deriving its legitimacy and sovereignty directly from the Empire of Morocco.
- All laws within AMPNT shall conform to the supreme law of the Empire and its treaty obligations under international law.
- No foreign or municipal law shall supersede the protections afforded under Moroccan treaty law and international conventions.

ARTICLE II — GOVERNMENT STRUCTURE
AMPNT’s provincial government shall consist of four branches:
- Executive Branch — Headed by the Wazir Al’Rais (Governor-General)
- Legislative Branch (Dalil Aziz) — Matriarchal Council
- Judicial Branch (Dar-ul’ Adl) — Qazi Courts
- Treasury (Baitul Mal) — National Trust and financial administration
ARTICLE III — DOMINIONS AND TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION
The dominions of Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee include the land, air, and waterways surrounding Nashville, Tennessee, at coordinates 36.1627° N, 86.7816° W, recognized as allodial land under divine and hereditary right.
ARTICLE IV — RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS OF NATIONALS
All Moorish Nationals are guaranteed:
- Right to life, liberty, and happiness
- Right to contract or not contract
- Right to travel freely
- Right to privacy and due process
- Right to self-defense
- Right to religion and expression
- Right to equal protection under law
- Right to allodial land and inheritance
These rights are inalienable and cannot be infringed by any foreign authority.
ARTICLE V — RELATIONS WITH THE EMPIRE AND THE UNITED NATIONS
AMPNT affirms its attachment to the Empire of Morocco and operates in harmony with:
- Charter of the United Nations (1945)
- Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948)
- UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007)
- Vienna Conventions (1961, 1963, 1969)

ARTICLE VII — RATIFICATION
Ratified and proclaimed this 21st day of March, 2026,
at 36.1627° N, 86.7816° W — Nashville, Tennessee,
under the authority of the Most High, the Empire of Morocco,
and the Law of Nations.
