OUR MISSION

 

SOVEREIGNTY AND INDEPENDENCE FOR MOORS

The competent new regime of AMPNT shall comprise and safeguard the political, legal, judicial, educational, economic, social, cultural and military reforms which our successor Moroccan State Government may see fit to introduce over the former trust territory of the foreign United States of America, the United States international organization, and the colonial charter state of Tennessee; in accordance with the bilateral Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1787, the bilateral Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1836, the multilateral Madrid Convention of Madrid 1880, the multilateral Act of Algeciras 1906, the Charter of the United Nations of 1945, the UN Resolution 1514 (XV) of 1960, and the UN Resolution 2625 (XXV) of 1970, inter alia.

The Law of Restoration

 

(Postliminium per Consanguinity)

 

Preamble:

 

We the Moors in Morocco, the mothers and sons, of northwest Amexem, northwest Alkebulan, the Northgate, and standing on our five points of light: love, truth, peace, freedom, and justice, in order to restore a balanced order, just protections, reciprocal wealth and cultural integrity for ourselves and our jus sanguine heirs, do establish this Law of Restoration for the organic State, Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee.

NOTE: Initial statement for the constitution expressing the nature and intention of the provincial government. Who we are and why we are establishing this constitution: Land – Nationals – Freedom – Protection – Rights – Generations – Moors – Birthrights – Pedigree – Calling on our Ancestral Wisdom coming out of the ancient law of nations – love truth peace freedom and justice.

We the Moors of Morocco who have been classified in the United States Census Bureau’s race categories as black, negro, colored, African American and Indian have been politically denationalized in violation of International Peremptory Rights (Jus Cogens).

 

Dominions:

The dominions for Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee, now include all land, air, and waterways within the natural bounds of Tennessee, with the geographic seat at 36.1627° N, 86.7816° W (Nashville, Davidson County).

 

  • Latitudinal span: approx. 35°00′ N to 36°41′ N
  • Longitudinal span: approx. 90°19′ W to 81°39′ W
  • Total area: ~42,143 square miles (land ~41,235; water ~908)
  • Lowest point: ~178 ft above sea level (Mississippi River)
  • Highest point: Clingmans Dome 6,643 ft above sea level

 

These are the dominions from the center of the earth through our divine footprint into the farthest reaches of the cosmos upon which we thrive, through which we heal, and in which we are restored.

Article 1: Wazir Al’rais

Article 2: Dalil Aziz (Matriarchal Council)
(Legislative branch, Seyaraha role, oversight, election cycles — unchanged, only references to AMPNT updated.)

 

 

Article 3: Qazi (Judicial Branch)
Initially there shall be three (3) Qazi authorized to oversee one Dar-ul’ Adl and three District Dar-ul’ Adls serving the landed regions corporately known as Nashville, Memphis, and Knoxville. (Remainder of text unchanged.)

 

 

Article 4: National Trust
(Trusteeship, revenue distributions, aboriginal land claims, and National Trust operations — unchanged, with AMPNT name updated.)

 

 

Article 5: General Provisions
(Matrilineal and Patrilineal Nationals, crimes, punishments, capital cases, Treason, 5 Points of Light, 7 Hermetic Principles, 7 Virtues of Maat, 10 Principles of Maat, 42 Declarations of Innocence — all preserved.)

 

 

Article 6: Supremacy Clause
The supreme law of the land is this Law of Restoration as well as all treaties made or which shall be made under our national seal and flag.

Article 7: Amendment Protocol
The power to amend this Law of Restoration is in the hands of the Dalil Aziz. A vote of 85% by the Dalil Aziz and the Matrilineal Nationals voting is required to approve any amendment. Each Matrilineal National must be given the opportunity to cast a vote.
