Preamble
In the spirit of peace and in accordance with the immutable principles of Love, Truth, Peace, Freedom, and Justice, the People of Allodium Moorish Praedium Nashville, Tennessee (AMPNT) hereby affirm our inherent right to lawful self-determination, cultural restoration, and sustainable community development.
We proceed in harmony with the Charter of the United Nations, including Articles 73 and 74, which recognize the obligation to develop self-government and to advance political, economic, social, and educational institutions of peoples at varying stages of advancement, in accordance with the principle of good-neighborliness and the general welfare of humanity.
We further align with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (2007), the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities (1992), and the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations (General Assembly Resolution 2625, 1970), affirming non-intervention, equality of peoples, and the right of self-governance.
In recognition of historical and customary international law applicable to Morocco and its peoples, we take notice of the Madrid Convention of 1880, including Article 15, which governed questions of protection, nationality, and the legal status of Moroccan subjects under foreign powers, and the General Act of the International Conference of Algeciras (1906), which affirmed Morocco’s territorial integrity while imposing administrative arrangements pursuant to the general practice of customary international law and the shared obligations of signatory powers.
Guided by these instruments, we affirm that self-governance must arise from within, through lawful institutions and orderly administration, and that peoples subjected to foreign administration or influence retain the right to progressive self-government in accordance with their own social, cultural, and legal traditions.
We therefore declare our intent to organize and govern our internal and external affairs through recognized principles of constitutional order, the law of nations, the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States (1933), and the long-standing customs of self-governing peoples, without unlawful interference, forced naturalization, or the erosion of collective identity.
This Preamble stands as a statement of principle, continuity, and responsibility, affirming our commitment to lawful self-administration, peaceful coexistence, and the advancement of our people within the framework of international law.
